• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the Platform without hoki88's express written consent.

hoki88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow. hoki88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the following general bonus terms which apply across all promotions unless explicitly overidden:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from X10 to X20 of the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. For example, a RM100 bonus with an X15 Wagering Requirement requiresRM1,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
2. Maximum Bet Cap: While a Bonus Balance is active, individual wagers are subject to a maximum bet cap (typically RM300 per bet/spin). Placing a single wager above the applicable cap while using Bonus Balance will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing a Wagering Requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%. Table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may have specific contribution rates stated in the promotion terms. Games with a 0% contribution rate do not count toward wagering at all.
4. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issuance). Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings remaining in the account at the point of expiry will be automatically forfeited.

6. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains uncleared may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

All wagers placed on the hoki88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, in addition to the general betting rules set out in this clause. Where a conflict exists between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is considered placed and binding only once it has been confirmed by the system and transaction reference has been generated. hoki88 accepts no liability for wagers that fail to complete due to connectivity issues on the User's side.
• Odds and Prices: Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. hoki88 displays live in-play odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets — these odds reflect real-time market conditions and are updated continuously.
• Void Bets: hoki88 reserves the right to void any wager where a palpable error in pricing has occurred, where the event has been cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, or where hoki88 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent betting activity in connection with the event.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or sportsbook outcome, hoki88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. The decision of hoki88 in such matters is final.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hoki88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hoki88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Registration or use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, hoki88 reserves the right to withold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
